Through various thematic training of equipment, technology, management, maintenance and other contents, clean environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and safe production are brought to every electroplating enterprise. Through the joint efforts of everyone, the workshop environment of electroplating enterprises is improved, the professional skills of employees are improved, and the sustainable development ability of enterprises is enhanced. At the same time, it is hoped that through the continuous development of the training course, a large number of industry masters and teachers will emerge, looking forward to the future of the electroplating industry together, learning from the craftsmen of aerospace, high-speed rail and China's roads and bridges, giving full play to the strength of the group, the strength of the industry, and creating a world-class electroplating industry.

This morning's agenda focuses on the principle of plating production line, the setting of relevant parameters and safety in production. Firstly, Wu Jing, head of Xingyi Electrical Department, explained the parameter setting of Mitsubishi Inverter. Then, Commissioning Engineer Ding Jinyou elaborated the communication structure and principle of the electroplating line, so that everyone had a more detailed understanding of the communication of the electroplating line. Finally, Sales Manager Sun Bing introduced the safety production and fire prevention of the electroplating line. Fan, the purpose is to let everyone enhance the awareness of fire prevention, learn fire prevention skills, and really do from the source of production to detect hidden dangers, to eliminate the occurrence of fires. Even in case of fire, we can deal with it calmly and avoid major accidents.

As an intermediate process of manufacturing industry, seven strategic emerging industries, such as new generation information technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy, biology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy vehicles, need to follow up with higher quality electroplating products. Electroplating is not a sunset industry, but a sunrise industry. We have been able to manufacture international products. Advanced full-automatic plating production line and plating waste gas and wastewater treatment equipment have laid a good foundation for our country to become a powerful electroplating country.
